– Machine tool control system uses Taiwan system. Other company’s numeral control system can also be used when user requires so.
– Machine body is cast in one piece with resin bonded sand, so it features strong vibration resistance and less deformation. The lathe bed tilts by 45°and the inclined placement of lathe carriage and tool holder will result in easy operation and chip removal. The machine tool has pleasant design appearance and less space occupation.
– Taiwan’s high-precision spindle, comprising Japan NSK precise bearings; (φ160 three-jaw hydraulic chuck or other elastic clamp can be directly fitted on the main shaft flange.
– The drive part of machine tool uses HIWIN/PMI high precision P3 class ball bearing screw and high speed linear slide rail, a famous brand from Taiwan and is provided with computer automatic lubrication system for forced lubrication of linear guide rail and ball bearing screw. For X axis and Z axis, high rigidity linear slide rail is adopted with optimum span between rails through calculation. With low resistance, high rigidity and high precision, the displacement speed can reach up to 30M/min so as to improve working efficiency and reduce processing time.
– Full-closed protection and Exterior Design is graceful and decent. Waterproof properties is better; Independent water tank, so it is convenient to maintain the daily cleaning.
– Spindle motor adopts AC servo motor, other optional.
– Workpiece clamping type: Hydraulic.
– Machine tool hydraulic supply unit, tank volume increase, better heat dissipation sex, work more stable.
– Equipped with computer automatic lubrication system for the linear guide and ball screw forced lubrication, ensure that the guide rail and the service life of screw.
