What Items Can You Request to Cancel?

At Pinshop, we strive to process orders promptly, which means there's a limited window for submitting a cancellation request. To determine if you can request to cancel an item, visit the “My Orders” section. If you see the "Cancel" button next to the item, it indicates that you can still submit the cancellation request.

Items can be requested for cancellation until the warehouse has prepared them for collection by our courier. However, certain items are not eligible for cancellation. These include Made-to-Order items and single items within an order that was paid for using financing (for orders paid with financing options, the entire order must be requested for cancellation).

How to Cancel an Order

You can request to cancel any order before it ships by accessing the “My Orders” section.

Please note that receiving a confirmation of your cancellation request does not mean the order has been successfully canceled. We will send you an email within 2 business days to confirm the status of the cancellation request. If the cancellation is approved, the email will inform you of this, and you can expect to receive your refund within 3 - 5 business days. For more information regarding the timeframes for financing payments, please refer to our refunds article. Keep in mind that once our selected carrier lists your order as ‘Preparing for Shipping’, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful. If your cancellation request is denied, you will receive an email notification.

My Order Says It Is Pending Cancellation?

If your order shows as "Pending Cancellation," rest assured that your cancellation request has been sent directly to our warehouse for review. We need to allow the warehouse 2 business days to respond to this request. During this time, please be patient while we process your request.

What If My Order Cancellation Is Denied?

· If You Want to Keep the Item(s): If you decide to keep the item(s), no further action is required on your part. You can proceed with using and enjoying the item(s) as normal.

· If You Want to Return the Unwanted Item(s): If you still wish to return the item(s), you can do so after you've received them. To begin the return process, go to your recent orders and select the item you want to return. Please be aware that a return fee will apply. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once Pinshop receives the returned item.

Why Did Pinshop Cancel My Order?

Canceling your order is something we try to avoid. At Pinshop, we are committed to fulfilling your order requirements. However, there may be situations beyond our control that prevent us from shipping the product. For instance, if the item becomes unavailable (and we were not aware of this at the time of order confirmation), Pinshop reserves the right to cancel the order.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, we will send you an email explaining the reason for the cancellation and providing details about your refund. The most common reasons for order cancellation are item stockouts or pricing errors on our website. We make every effort to ensure that stock quantities and pricing are accurately reflected on our platform. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount for the unavailable products back to your original payment method.

I Received My Cancellation Confirmation Email for My Order, but It Was Still Delivered to Me.

If you find yourself in the rare situation where your cancellation was confirmed, but you still received the order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a free pickup for the item(s). We will do our best to resolve this issue promptly and ensure a smooth process for you.
