Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

Quick Tip

Easily access tracking details, modify your order, and perform other order - related actions through the “My Orders” section on Pinshop.

What to Do If Your Package Is Marked “Delivered” but You Haven't Received It

If you find yourself unable to locate your package, don't panic. In many cases, the item shows up within three days. Here are some steps to take:

1. Verify Your Shipping Address

Double - check that the shipping address you provided is correct. You can view your current shipping address under the “Deliver To:” section on the “My Orders” page. An incorrect address could be the reason for non - receipt.

2. Conduct a Thorough Search Around Your Property and Check with Neighbors

Look in various areas around your home or building. Check backdoors, behind bushes, or even at the neighboring address. Delivery carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected locations to ensure their safety. Neighbors may also have received your package by mistake or have seen where it was placed.

3. Allow Three Days for the Package to Arrive

Occasionally, carriers might inaccurately mark packages as “Delivered” while they are still in transit. We recommend waiting for three days. During this time, your package may actually arrive despite the incorrect delivery scan.

While we are happy to assist you in tracking your order if you contact us before the three - day period, we are unable to process a full resolution until the three days have elapsed. This is why we kindly ask you to be patient and wait before reaching out about a missing package.

4. Check Your Mailbox and Other Mail - Receiving Locations

For smaller packages, carriers may have delivered them directly to your mailbox or other designated mail - receiving areas. Some carriers handle small items differently, so it's important to thoroughly check these locations.

5. Look for a Notice of Attempted Delivery

If the carrier tried to deliver the package when you were not at home, they may have left a notice. This notice will contain instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or where to pick up your package. Check around your front door, mailbox, or any other likely areas where such a notice might be placed.

6. Check for a Photo Proof of Delivery (for FedEx Deliveries)

If your package was shipped via FedEx, you can check for a Photo Proof of Delivery. Simply click on the FedEx tracking number link associated with your order. This photo can provide valuable information about where the package was left.

What to Do If You've Exhausted All Options and Still Can't Find Your Package

If, after trying all the above steps, you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us. Our dedicated customer service team will provide further assistance to resolve the issue.
