Q1 : Can I get quality sample for reference?
○ Yes, A4 size samples will be free or you can buy sample yardage, if stock fabric, we can offer the color card, the freight will be on your side
Q2 : What’s your MOQ and delivery time?
○ If stock fabric, then it’s no moq.
○ If custom made, then our moq is 400kg per color and 400kg per item, different fabric have different delivery time, usually, Labdips: 3-7 days, Sample development: 15-25days, Bulk order: 20-35days (depend on quality and fabric).
Q3 : How can I trust your quality?
○ We work with lot famous brands, like Walmart, Costco, C&A, Puma, Zara and so on, they are very strict on the factory audit and quality control, if you trust these brands, you can trust us.
○ We have very professional QC team and do full inspection in both greige fabric and after dyeing to control fabric quality, also for each order, we will do testing in our lab and offer the testing report, customer can test our fabric in testing center like SGS, Intertek and so on.
○ All customer can enjoy 120 days of the quality insurance to solve the worries and lifetime technical support.
○ We have very professional QC team and do full inspection in both greige fabric and after dyeing to control fabric quality, also for each order, we will do testing in our lab and offer the testing report, customer can test our fabric in testing center like SGS, Intertek and so on.
○ All customer can enjoy 120 days of the quality insurance to solve the worries and lifetime technical support.
Q4 : What’s your payment terms?
○ We accept T/T, L/C, Credit card. (Western Union, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance for small amount)
Q5 : How to make the order?
○ Sample approval.
○ Customer confirm the price and quality of the fabric, then establish the PI and arrange deposit or open LC.
○ After shipping sample approved by buyer, we will arrange shipment. Quality warranty for 120days after shipment. If fabric have any quality issue from our side, we will take charge of that.
Q6 : Can I custom made the design and color?
○ Yes, we are strong in custom made the design, structure and color, you can offer your original swatch, artwork and color(or offer the pantone number), then we will custom made the fabric for you.
Q7 : Do you allow us to be your foreign agent?
○ Yes, any professional buyer is welcomed to be our agent, we will pay commission to you when finish the order.
Q8 : Do you offer buying agent service for small customer?
○ Yes, for small business or brands, if our fty can’t produce that fabric, we will help our customer to get competitive price andcontrol the quality, we have professional team from compare the price, ensure the delivery time, control the quality, provide warehousing services and arrange the shipment, working with us will make your job very easy and enlarge your business.
