A2: We have strictly quality control system in our production process and 100% inspection before package. We also have sampling
inspection for 10 circles to ensure the quality.
Our warranty is 12 months. If the product cannot work, please take photos or video to us. We will check and exchange the same
product to you once we confirm the defects causing by our side.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: Our MOQ is 1000pcs. We can also accept small order, please contact our sales for more information.
Q4: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra ?
A4: Yes, we can offer free samples but freight collect or you can also give us your express account and we will help to arrange.

A5: Yes, please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc.
Q6: What’s your delivery time?
A6: 5-10 days for sample, 20-35 days for normal order after payment confirmed.

A7: Total payment less than 1000USD, 100% in advance. Total payment more than 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before
