Updating Login Information
Changing Your Password
To change your password, log in to your Pinshop account. Navigate to the “My Account” section, where you should find an option related to security or account settings. Within this area, there will be a specific option to change your password. Follow the on - screen prompts to enter your current password and set a new, secure one.
Changing Your Email Address
Similarly, to change your email address, access the “My Account” section after logging in. Look for the account information or profile settings area. Here, you'll find an option to update your email address. Enter your new email address and follow any additional verification steps, such as confirming a verification code sent to your new email, to complete the change.
Updating Saved Addresses or Credit Cards
Updating Saved Addresses
Log in to your Pinshop account and go to the “My Account” section. Look for a tab or option related to addresses, often labeled as “Saved Addresses” or something similar. Click on it, and you'll see a list of your saved addresses. To update an address, select the relevant address from the list. You can then edit the details such as street name, city, state, and zip code. After making the changes, save the updated address.
Updating Saved Credit Cards
Access the “My Account” section once logged in. Find the area related to payment methods or credit cards. This might be under a “Payment Settings” or “Saved Cards” tab. Click on it to view the list of your saved credit cards. To update a card, select the card you want to modify. You may be able to update details like the expiration date or the cardholder's name. In some cases, if you need to replace a card entirely, you can add a new card and then remove the old one.
Updating Email Subscriptions
If you wish to unsubscribe or receive fewer emails from Pinshop, sign in to your account and click on “Email Subscriptions” on the “My Account” page. Here, you'll be presented with the option to “Unsubscribe from all.” If you don't see this option, it indicates that you're not currently subscribed to promotional emails.
Please note that you must be logged in to your Pinshop Account to unsubscribe. Also, it may take up to 48 hours for any changes to take effect. Regardless of your email subscription settings, we will continue to send you emails regarding your shipping, delivery, and order information to keep you informed about your purchases.
Unsubscribing or Changing Text Notification Settings
To unsubscribe or change your text notification settings, log in to your account. Navigate to the “My Account” section and look for an option related to notifications. This could be under a “Notification Settings” or “Communication Preferences” tab. Click on it, and you'll find the settings for text notifications. From here, you can choose to unsubscribe from text notifications altogether or modify the types of notifications you receive via text.
Closing Your Account
If you decide to close your Pinshop account, log in to your account and go to the “My Account” section. Look for an option related to account closure, which may be labeled as “Close My Account” or something similar. Click on this option, and follow the on - screen instructions. Please note that closing your account is a permanent action, and you may lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and other account - related information. Make sure to save any important data before proceeding with the account closure.
