If you don't see the email, first check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been misfiled there. If you still can't find it, our customer service team is ready to assist you.
Checking Your Gift Card and Store Credit Balances
Account Balance Page
You can view your gift card balance and store credit balance on the Account Balance page. This provides a convenient overview of your available funds for future purchases.
My Account Page
On the top - left section of your main “My Account” page, under the account name, you can see your current credit balance. For a more detailed view, simply click on the amount.
Understanding Gift Card Refunds
Pinshop Gift Card Refunds
If you paid with a Pinshop gift card, your refund will typically be credited back to your account balance. You can check this [here](insert relevant link). In some cases, the refund may go directly back onto your gift card. If this happens, you can redeem it again [here](insert relevant link). If you encounter any problems while attempting to redeem it a second time, contact our customer service for assistance.
Third - Party Gift Card Refunds
For all orders placed with a non - Pinshop gift card (e.g., AMEX, Visa, MasterCard), the refund will be sent back to the original gift card. If you've already disposed of the card, you'll need to contact the card issuer directly to obtain a new card. Pinshop can only refund to the original payment method or provide store credit. Note that non - reloadable gift cards can still be refunded.
Gift Cards and Promotions
Purchases of gift cards do not count towards the minimum purchase requirements for promotions such as the “$40 off $250” promotion when using the Pinshop Credit Card. This ensures that the promotion is applied to eligible product purchases.
