How to Track Your Package
Estimated Delivery Date
To quickly obtain an estimated delivery date for your order, head over to the “My Orders” section. Here, each item in your order, along with all the relevant information, will display its current status and an estimated arrival date. For more precise location details of your item, simply click on “Track Your Package.”
Order - Status Notifications
At Pinshop, we are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your order. Make sure to regularly check your emails as they contain crucial information regarding your purchase.
· Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will detail the order specifics and provide an estimated delivery date.
· After your item has been shipped, you'll get another email. This one includes your tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page.
· Once your item has been successfully delivered, you will receive a final confirmation email.
Text Notifications
On the “Track Your Package” page, you have the option to subscribe to or unsubscribe from text notifications. This enables you to receive real - time updates about the status of your order right on your mobile device.

Estimated Delivery Date: What It Is and How to Find It
Before Placing an Order
If you want to know the estimated delivery date for an item before placing an order, simply expand the “Shipping & Returns” tab on the item's product page.
After Placing an Order
The estimated delivery dates vary depending on whether the item is a small or large parcel:
· Small Parcel Items: The estimated delivery date for small parcel items indicates when the item will reach your home.
· Large Parcel Items: For large parcel items, the estimated arrival date shows when the item will arrive in your local area. Once it's in the local area, a local Delivery Agent will contact you to arrange an exact delivery date and a specific time window. On the scheduled delivery date, our local delivery partner will call you 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you are available at home.
Frequently Asked Questions
No Movement on Order Tracking
If there are no tracking updates for your order, it's likely that your order is still in transit but might be experiencing a delay. Please wait for 6 calendar days. During this time, new scans and tracking information should appear. If, after 6 days, there are still no updates, don't hesitate to contact us. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving any issues related to your order.
Order Marked as 'Partially Shipped'
If your order is marked as 'Partially Shipped' in your Pinshop account, it means that your order is being shipped in multiple boxes. At least one box has already been shipped, and there may be additional boxes on the way. Rest assured that the remaining items are on their journey to you. As soon as the remaining boxes are shipped, you will receive an email containing their tracking details.
