How to Purchase or Use a Gift Card

Purchasing Gift Cards

To purchase a gift card, visit our dedicated gift cards page. Here, you can choose from digital, printable, and physical gift cards, making it easy to find the perfect option for your needs. Whether you want to send a digital gift card instantly or a physical card for a more tangible present, we've got you covered.

Using Gift Cards

Once you have a gift card, you can redeem it in several ways:

· Redeem a Gift Card Page: Go to the Redeem a Gift Card page and enter your unique gift card code. When you complete the redemption process, the entire amount of the gift card will be added to your Pinshop account.

· Checkout: You can also redeem your gift card directly during the checkout process. Simply enter the gift card code when prompted, and the amount will be applied to your order total.

· My Account: Another option is to redeem the gift card via the “My Account” section. This gives you the flexibility to manage your gift card balance and apply it to future orders at your convenience.

Pinshop gift cards never expire, so you can take your time using the funds. To check your remaining gift card balance, visit your Account Balance page.

How Does Store Credit Work?

Store credit is a valuable option available for return refunds and discounts on existing orders. When you receive store credit (which also never expires), it will be available as a payment option during the checkout process.

You can use store credit to pay for the entire cost of an order or just a portion of it, depending on the amount of credit you have in your account. To keep track of your store credit balance and its status, simply log into your “My Account” section on Pinshop. This allows you to stay informed about your available funds and use them effectively for your future purchases.
